David Lewis Rukirimaana has negotiated his way to EALA according to Power Sources.

Unless you compromise with  mr M7 you cant go to EALA, that is why Gen. Muntu and  Wandera Ogalo,will be the last FDC EALA members as long as Museveni is still in power becoz during that time M7 had no extreme powers over who goes to EALA.

Its seems FDC will never again have a EALA member as long as Museveni is still around and Kizza Besigye still in FDC becoz Dr Besigye  and FDC leaders refused to compromise with mr M7 for EALA.

It will be NRM, UPC, DP/NUP  that will negotiate who to take and Independents most likely Winnie Kiiza this time.

That is why i Urge FDC Leaders, especially those who are still interested in liberation, should consider boycotting these Foolish EALA traps. Whoever contests on FDC ticket will be embarrassed like Rebeeca Kadaga becoz negotiations have already been made and stamped.

Independents have one seat, opposition 2 and NRM six, UPC has already secured one through mr M7, now the battle is between DP and NUP's candidates of which the strong power brokers and huge connections Rukirimaana has, have already made him way far ahead from DP's Candidates

When KB tried to pursuade opposition parties in 2012 to force NRM to share the seats, after a meeting with DP and UPC and press conference at Katonga in the afternoon, UPC and DP went and made a deal with Amama Mbabazi in the evening.

From that day on, FDC will never again have an MP in EALA until Museveni goes. It is NUP guys trying to see if anyone from Opposition will compete with Rukiri for the remaining opposition slot and that is why they are trying to drag MAO and others in their drama. Let us see how things will unfold.
