It just struggles my mind why these countries mainly Rwanda DRC and Uganda use the very same system, where ever they go and we respond in the same manner. It is a system of keeping quite when they murder people. Do you see this writing? Peter Simon Okurut will never discuss it, and he will take every possible means to defend it. He will become abusive and at the end of the day frustrate it. I have seen this quietness happening in Northern Uganda,  I have seen it in Luwero, I have seen it in DRC, I have seen it in Central African Republic, and the only defenders of this quietness are the degree holders in this forum. Think this through, UN states that in the camps of Acholi 146 people were dying every day. That is not an EM number but a UN number. How many people in Kampala actually know that number? The death in the north no one talks About it for we have to be quite about it, you need a man like EM to scream about it day in day out for you to know it. And it will be attacked for you are talking what you just have no clue about. And that defense of killers is what has protected the Museveni's, the Kagame's and the Kabilas. I read this report last night and on purpose left it to see what my degree holder friends comment about it, absolutely nada.

 

Do you want a complex matter to raise up in a Uganda forum, discuss the big Elephant in the country of Rwandans, that is going to cause you trouble that you have never seen. They will go after Ugandans left but center, the day you start to bring out the danger of Rwandans in our country, the entire forum is going to go against you. Nope that man isn't a Rwandan for I went to school with him, they never go oh I know his grandparents and they are Ugandans, nope I went to school with him. Well half the Rwandan squad we have in Kampala today went to school in Uganda, so some punk really sat with it in school, does that mean that it is a Ugandan? By the way that protection of none Ugandans before Ugandans is not starting in UAH it is the culture of UPC. Remember in the sixties? We had a very powerful school system in Kampala called the KCC schools, it was the combination of most of the powerful schools in the middle of the city, the Nakasero, the Wandegeya, the what have you, and I am talking the time when Walusimbi Mpanga was the mayor, so I am going really back, when the mayor's salary was one shilling a month. Who was leading those city schools? Do you remember him? It was actually a Kikuyu man. Now we have many brains standing in this forum preaching how Uganda had some of the best schools, and best brains that came out, why did those brains fail to run an office like leading KCC schools? Why did we need a Kenyan to actually run them?

 

Because that education was Kifule, it had no nationalism but it was built to open up the country to the British. Be an obedient Ugandan, selling out your country for the British is the master. And actually John Dole would tell you that they were instructed to be different from the rest of Ugandans, a nice Khaki short pant, a very brushed shoe, a clean stick you walk with, and when you walk with a pad in your hand, and a pen in the other, you needed to be a man of authority, for you are working for the British against Ugandans. They then pull you from those Ugandans and put you in a police barracks for you are policing for the Whites. Educate me on this one, in all Western countries I have been into, I have not seen a single jurisdiction that has police barracks, police officers live with community, when we got "Independence" why do we still have them in Uganda? If police officers were separated from the people for they were working for the British, who are they working for today? So why didn't we shut down those barracks in 1962? Well if Mwiiri education was nationalistic, why didn't we walk to Kololo get a flag, and match to police stations and torch them? 2021 we are still using/building them, and we turn around and call Museveni a dictator, well we allowed him to own the officers and we allowed them to work for him against us. Abbey Semuwemba do you have police barracks in London? Why are you not on streets screaming to shut them down in Uganda sir?

 

That is sadly what was being pumped out of Mwiiri. Look at them what have they achieved so far? 90% of Mwiiri graduates ended up working in Uganda government as lawyers, they have come in diaspora those that are employed and a very few, are still government lawyers. Do you actually know a graduate from Mwiiri that is a self-entrepreneur? Who do you have?

 

And that idiocy of sell outs is what Museveni and Kagame have targeted, they have looted DRC to dry it out, but we do not even know how many people they have killed for it never become a discussion. The masters in DRC are not the British but UN. Show me a documentation that has ever been written to document the murder of people in Eastern DRC, you bring it up now you are the bad guy for the brains were built to protect the aggressors of fellow Africans. If we were in Ugandan EM Must be shut up for he is stupid. Look google UN vehicles smuggle minerals in DRC, you will be surprised at how many photographs you get. How many degree holders have you seen in Monitor raising it? For the brains automatically go back to the education they were trained into, the master is the foreigner, Africans are the sacrifices. If I did not repeat over and over how the people of Ombaci were massacred, probably many of you in this forum would never have heard about it. A man like Kagame packs your own people to go to Rwanda and die for him and you never document it, you do not know how many went, you do not know how many died, and you do not even know whether they were buried or eaten by firkin dogs. And it gets very funny, for even if it is their own people they still do not care. Ask Peter Simon Okurut how many Ugandans from his own district that were packed in trains, gassed and killed, what was their number, and does he know the names? And that is his own district, a people probably he even knew.

 

But you raise a single name of a Rwandan predator in UAH and see the man hours he will torch in his defense. That Rwandan is now playing the British master role in his brain. We have passed through some 30 years of such murders I have never witnessed in my entire life, for these actors have been moving so fast, Mbarara and lake Katwe, Hoima, Luwero, Northern Uganda, Kanungu, Mukura, Luwero, Ombaci, Kampala, Eastern DRC, CAR, Rwanda genocide, on and on we keep on following them. And the common factor in all these murders are firkin Rwandans.

 

Now walk into UAH and  state that you know some of us have facts that Allan Barigye is a Rwandan as well, and see how Peter Simon Okurut will raise against you on how you have no proof that Rwandans are killers, and to raise playing  a Uganda card is wrong for those people are protected and the Ems raising them are the largest danger in our society. And Paul Kagame with Museveni move forward and the killings continue. Mayimuna Kenyi said "Oh I kept on hearing about Ombaci" She is from West Nile for God's sake, explain how a man from Luwero knows all details about it and she does not. It is like killing people in Luwero and I do not know about it. It is mind nerving. Today Museveni can walk into Bukedi and murder 500 people Peter Simon Okurut is going to attack EM, that makes it public and will ask if you have any proof that it was actually Museveni.  And that is why you see that they kill Ugandans with such cheap stories to cover kills.

 

In my entire life I have never heard that Uganda has a cult, have you? So where did firkin Kibwetere come from?

_{I have spent a long period of time with this information and I had hesitated to share it for people to also understand the situation in the Beni, Ituri province in the DRC until I read something somewhere which has now me to put it here.}

_{Some few days ago a third person asked me a similar question that Is it FDLR rebels that killed the Italian ambassador in DRC? Why has ADF persistently killed Banande people?. This information am going to share here may answer his questions.}

_{After the anti MONUSCO riots in DRC, the mission officers met various groups of people from Kinshasha,Beni,Bunia,Goma and Butembo to whom they gave the truth about what was happening in Beni.}

_{Does MONUSCO know the perpetrators of these killings?}

_{The UN mission explained thus "We came to Congo at the invitation of the government but we have to tell you that we have been trapped, we know who killing people in Beni is, each time they kill, where they kill, and with whom they communicate with".}

_{The officers added "We have far more information than you know and we will be able to bring them to justice if opportunity arises".}

_{"We have drones and satellite images; we know who is killing, how they move, where they are positioned and when they are killing".}

_{"To give you an idea of what is going on; ask yourself why FARDC officers with whom we defeated M23 were killed as soon as we reached Beni? Who and why was colonel Ndala killed?}

_{"Ask yourself why DRC government doesn't want to get rid of officers on international sanctions? Ask yourself why DRC government doesn't organize a national mourning to numerous big number of its people killed?}

_{Are The Killings In Beni Genocide?}

_{They explained "What is happening in Beni is a pure genocide. It is the work of the former government and its legacy in continuity and it is likely to get even worse. ADF exists but international community should know that it is Kagame and Kabila using its shadow to massacre the banande people".}

_{"The banande had persistently refused to team up with some antagonistic groups with selfish aims that were meant to create chaos in the Ruwenzori on both Uganda and DRC side; you can refer to death of priest Vincent Machozi".}

_{"Beni harbors one of special forces operations of FARDC commonly known as SOKOLA1 with up to 21000 operating alongside MONUSCO  yet when a new operation is announced killings worsen, why?.}   

_{Are Infiltrators In FARDC The Main Force Behind ADF?}

_{The force explained that "The DRC army is controlled by outside forces notably from Rwanda and leaking intelligence information. We see officers and soldiers arriving in Beni who hide their identities, operate and then disappear".}

_{Who organizes these secret missions inside FARDC? The massacres are carried out near the perimeters of army camps of FARDC and MONUSCO and often preceded by suspicious movements day and night in covered vehicles and helicopters to unjustifiable destinations.}

_{Hon Alain Siwako a member of parliament denounced such movements and establishment of such camps in Ituri and Beni.}
