{UAH} STALLED UGANDA BRAINS WHAT A FERTILE LAND FOR ALLAN BARIGYE A RWANDAN

Friends

One of the single largest fertile land that Rwandans like Allan Barigye have exploited very well, is the stalled brains of our population. Let us spend a fair time this morning looking at samples of how stalled are the brains of our population. I have spent quite a time posting that our failing to investigate any thing that happens in our country makes us so venerable for poachers like Allan Barigye a Rwanda that are out for a prowl. His fellow Rwandan walks into Uganda grabs all weapons he wants to go and fight in his country and we move on, did Paul Kagame take some of our children to fight? We do not care. Did some lose their lives in Rwanda, do we have families languishing in Uganda for they were never compensated for those death? we do not care. Did Paul Kagame use some of our money from the treasury? We do not care. After that war were our weapons returned? We again do not care. What we have cared about the most as Dr Muniini Mulera and degree holders state right here is that we are indebted by Rwandans like Allan Barigye for they fought with us in 1979 and in the Luwero war. Well sadly when you look closely at those two wars, that arrangement was between UPC members and Rwandans like Allan Barigye, you and I were never involved let alone represented into it.

But we hold no value into our country, look when the looting started after the Amin’s fall, I became very concerned about Bombo, the style Kampala was looted pushed my mind to the town of Bombo and how well it had been built, we drove to the home of Sam Ssebagereka that was then a minister of finance, and asked him to do everything possible to see that the entire town of Bombo is saved from the looters. There was such a good infrastructure in Bombo, good buildings, most of them powered up already, most of them with phone communication, the argument was very simple, if the incoming government did not want to protect the Banubbi that lived in Bombo, that entire town can be protected and end up a government infrastructure. Bombo was only 20 miles from Kampala, you can even use it as a government estate and government employees live in the homes when commuting to Kampala. How about building a commuter train between Kampala and Bombo? All those were my dreams. I live in Toronto but I work in Mississauga, distance is about 35Kms, if I commute that every day why can’t a government employee commute between Bombo and Kampala? Ssebagereka laughed at us, and he went, do you know what the government  of Israel has told us? If removing Amin from power requires us to blow up the entire Kampala city we can blow it up they will rebuild it and for free, let people enjoy the fruits of the new government. The entire Bombo town was looted to the firkin tiles, but until when Ssebagereka left that office, until when he died, until today the government of Israel has not build a simple structure in Kampala.

But we have a stall of brain the other side as well, I have always wondered about Ugandans that fly home and stick into Kampala, it is not only commoners it is even the government leaders, for they refuse to build a home in Uganda. Let me here raise two gentlemen, Mayanja Nkangi spent his entire life in Uganda politics, he formed the United Party way back in 1962, he joined Kabaka yekka political party, he became an MP for Masaka East, became a Katikiro of Buganda, 1962 a minister without portfolio ministry of economic affairs, Commerce and Industry and a Buganda katikiro. When he came back from exile, Nkangi took several ministerial posts, including finance Commerce  planning education to you name it. He ended his long list of department with appointment as chair land commission.

Do you know that Mayanja Nkangi never owned a home in Uganda? There was no place that Nkangi managed to get a plot of 50 by 100 and build a shark to be known as the home of the Honorable, the last time I saw Nkangi in his so called home, he was living in Kyambogo at a Nakyeyombekedde’s house. I think that Nakyeyombekede was a teacher at Kyambogo if my memory is still well. That is where I managed to have a coffee with the then Uganda’s minister of finance. In all ministries he held that was the best place for him to live in and he was at a certain point the minister of planning. It gets worse, Dr Kisekka remember him the Vice president of our country and Omusawo Omutendeke? At this point of posting no one knows exactly where his body is laying. You see the Temangalo that he preached passionately, he decided to sell it off after he was booted from the Movement. After his passing, now the country needed to burry the Vice president, and the new owners of Temangalo were persuaded with a firm hand to allow the family to dig a temporary grave so that a state funeral get held. It is “alleged” that as soon as the diplomats left, Kisekka was dug out and taken to a place we do not know to today. And that was the last time we heard about the former Vice president of the country, a brain to build a home for yourself never occurred to him.

I have witnessed now old men/women former Uganda Army officers, walking to graves of dead former high rankings in the Amin’s government, and actually saluting those graves today, sadly Dr Samson Kisekka has no known grave in our country where you can walk and actually salute the Omusawo Omutendeke.

As I continue with the list of clinical target of Rwandans like Allan Barigye I need to cruise right through to degree holders, when men like Aggrey Awori pass away, when you listen carefully you again hear that small voice from degree holders, of  “He was a great man, and a great politician” Well explain to me how you can serve in Museveni’s government and be a great politician. And I do not care what post. How exactly do you do that? And what class do people that refuse to serve belong to? So if the people that serve in Museveni’s government are great who is screwing up our country? Museveni alone? Is Muhoozi great too? Or this class remains on Aggrey Awori only? When  you look closely at Museveni’s government what measures do you use to decide who is great and who is not great? But again I have read in UAH that Paul Lokech is great too. Well who else is great and who is not? Ahamed Kateregga has now been appointed by Museveni to go to Masaka, is he a bad man but Paul Lokech great? By the way Congratulations Kateregga before you become attacked.  Again it is degree holders that pick and choose the classes in shit. Yes this shit is good for if we cover it under the garbage it can turn into firkin mushrooms. Nah that shit is so bad and it has to be buried for it stinks. When you take a good time listening to Ugandans Museveni him self is going to become great too, it is only when.

When Allan Barigye a Rwandan looks at the collection I have just listed above, he shakes his head for he has found such a state so ripe to be harvested, he calls its entire population stupid, and rightly so, he walks in and we hand him our passport and he is set for life. It is amazing that three quarters of Rwandans in this country, like Allan Barigye have a Uganda passport, three quarters, how did they acquire them? How many Uganda passports are actually out there? Who hands them out? Do we even know let alone care? If that Uganda passport is valuable to Rwandans like Allan Barigye, why do they hold a Rwanda passport as well? And I fail fighting that war for Mulera through UNAA waged a massive war on dual citizenship. That entire fight was never to protect EM it was to protect Rwandans like Allan Barigye. I do not need a Uganda passport, I chose to take a Canadian passport and if I show up in Entebbe I must be taxed at entry. And as I continue to throw my hands out the air, a degree holder walks in and reminds all of us how the issue of Rwandans like Allan Barigye must never be touched, for they have lived in our country for a very long time. That is when I go agape. So we have not only opened up our country we have handed it to them due to residence time? Friends that is why we need to raise up and take on the Rwandan infection in our country, they are like firkin termites, it is a disease, the Allan Barigye’s have become the Uganda pandemic, and we start this struggle by informing Rwandans like Allan Barigye that playing a Ugandan card has limits.

We know who Ugandans are, and we know who Rwandans are. And the time for Allan Barigye to play Ugandan is firkin up  !!!!!!!
