This boy's names are Dr Kizza Besigye! His mum is Komaa Juliet from Besia Village in Moyo Town Council. The young Doctor (his first name), got his names coz he was born in 2006, on the day Dr Kizza was in Moyo for presidential campaigns & mum had come to the rally!
