I'm (pretty sure) he can avoid prison, assuming he did something wrong, but that's the thing, he's not a dumb man by no means, even if he was doing something like that, I'm pretty sure he has enough sense to cover his track's.. You just hate him that much that you will stop at nothing to tear him down, even if it means reporting false news that's politically motivated..
