{UAH} UGANDA POLICE PRESS STATEMENT

Friends

Now that is firkin large to be posted by a man from a country that has solely used cars from our country its entire life. When did Allan Barigye's country actually import a car last? Any clue? Uganda government vehicles have been driven in Rwanda with Uganda symbols, Uganda Police, Uganda Veterinary services, Uganda Prisons, Ministry of Agriculture on but on the list walked. And now a pure Rwandan man playing a Ugandan, is  not even posting writings complaining about stealing Uganda cars, this noise is actually about stolen plates. Yes that is the problem now, stealing plates.

Do you realize why the Predator picked up on it now  !!!!!!!!!   Rwandans are that firkin ferocious.

Subject: {UAH} UGANDA POLICE PRESS STATEMENT

The police at Lubowa  have today 13/07/21 arrested two suspects who have been stealing vehicle number plates .

The suspects  identified as Natamba Brian and Katushabe Saul have been stealing plates in areas of Lubowa,  Zzana, Bunamwaya, Katale, Bukwenda, Seguku and Nalumunye.

The operation followed complaints to police from the affected communities.

After plucking off the car licence plates, the suspects would leave their mobile phone contacts on the vandalised car, which the victims were expected to call for details about the whereabouts of their motor vehicle plates.

When the victims call the suspects' mobile phone number, the receiver tell them to send them money first before they reveal to them where they hid the licence plates.

Police tracked down the suspects using the new technology acquired to fight crime.

The suspects were arrested from areas of Seguku and Namasuba.

They later led the police where they hid the licence plates.

At least 46 different number plates were recovered.

Verification of the owners of the licence plates is ongoing.

Our crime database show that the duo were arrested before on the similar offence of stealing from  motor vehicles and remanded to prison.

They started from where they stopped upon release from the prison.

They will be arraigned in courts of law again as soon as investigations are done.

We would like to urge the general public, especially those who lost their licence plates to visit our police station to identify their licence plates.
