{UAH} What if this was fake money? Or rather , why cash?

 Government of the Republic of Uganda received a contribution of UGX 530 Million from Ham Enterprises U Ltd  (Ham Kiggundu) as support to the COVID-19 Vaccination Crusade. The money was received by Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja Prime Minister of Uganda.
