{UAH} Will this make the courts forget about Ssegirinya's lack of papers?

He made news when he became the Kawempe North legislator and now he is in the news again. Hon. Muhamed Ssegirinya claims to have fulfilled most of his pledges to the people of Kawempe North.

Among what he offered are an ambulance, hospital, technical institution, orphanage, and a Boda Boda ambulance. The legislator says he is committed to transforming Kawempe into a model constituency.
