What is even worse and more shocking is to see people in such neighbourhoods working hard to keep the same regime in power.

For sure President Museveni does not go booths to rig, but the people close to places like that Kitagata Hospital that gleefully manipulate the results even as their neighbours in Kasese are still nursing arson and beating wounds and searching for their loved ones that were innocently killed. 

They celebrate that their party has won, to basically keep them starved with basic needs. Do you still blame government for failed service delivery? To be fair, it is wrong to blame only NRM when people seem to celebrate lack of services.

I think it is reasonable to argue that the last war that Mr Museveni successfully fought and won was the capture of Ugandans' mental power, disempowerment of the sort such that we are now living like zombies! 

Otherwise, how do you explain our behaviour?
