{UAH} Let's look at their record of Implementation of President Kizza Besigye alternatives policies

The NRMilitary Junta mouthpieces are liars. Let's look at their record of Implementation of President Kizza Besigye alternatives policies to governance that I can recall

1. Abolition of graduated tax that was brutally and embarrassingly collected.✔️

2. Revival of National Air carrier (Uganda Airlines)- POORLY HANDLED BY REGIME.❌❌

3. Revival of Uganda Railways - POORLY HANDLED BY REGIME.❌❌

4. Increment of Doctors salaries - POORLY HANDLED BY REGIME.❌❌

5. Increment of teachers salaries - POORLY HANDLED BY REGIME.❌❌

6. Professionalisation of security services to serve Ugandans.- NOT HANDLED AT ALL.❌❌❌

7. Ending Corruption - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

8. Land rights and protection - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

9. Senior citizens grant (Support to elderly people above 60yrs. - INITIALLY STARTED AND MONEY STOLEN. THEN REGIME INCREASED AGE TO 80YRS.❌❌❌

10. Student Loan scheme for poor students - COMPLETELY MESSED UP.❌❌❌❌

11. Free University Education - ONLY SPONSORED 4,000 STUDENTS.❌❌

12. Improved Nutrition especially for new born babies - COMPLETELY IGNORED.❌❌❌❌❌

13. Sub county Tractor Hire scheme for at least one public tractor at every sub-county of Uganda- COMPLETELY IGNORED.❌❌❌❌❌

14. Lean government or lean administrative structure (21 Ministers, abolition of RDCs and Presidential Advisors) - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

15. End to military adventurism like taking UPDF mercenaries into Equatorial Guinea - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

16. Increase salaries of security personal-  POORLY HANDLED ❌❌

17. Robust Industrialisation where public later acquires shares in established industries - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

18. Revamping Health and Education sectors - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

19. Establishment of the national ambulance system - COMPLETELY FAILED❌❌❌❌.

20. Public  Health insurance - COMPLETELY FAILED.❌❌❌❌

21. Protection of Human and political rights and freedoms. - FAILED.❌❌❌❌

22. Political Transition from military regime to democracy - COMPLETELY IGNORED.❌❌❌❌❌

23. Political Transition to:

* Have a new national constitution based on national consensus.❌

* Reform all state institutions to be loyal and  to serve the people of Uganda.❌

* Truth telling and reconciliation to end decades of friction and fighting.❌

* Finally, hold free and fair elections that would return Uganda to democratic rule.❌

*ALL THOSE COMPLETELY IGNORED. ❌❌❌❌❌

Add any thing else you recall.

Btw, can I hear from  elites who normally say Besigye and FDC  had no alternative policies?
