PAUL MUWANGA'S CONFESSION BEFORE HIS DEATH:

IAM NOT DYING BECAUSE OF CANCER, NRA OPERATIVES IMPRISONED ME, AND POISONED ME.

"My political enemity with Museveni has not begun now, I fought m7 even when he was in our government with president Obote throughout even the NRA bush wars, M7 is an enemy of this country, a selfist who does things alone and never tolerates political decent".

That's why immediately when the NRA took power, M7 gave orders to imprison all former Obote loyalists like Rwakasisi and me, I refused to serve M7, they locked me in an exclusive cell, tortured me both physically and psychologically while doing all sorts of things on me, asking me as the right hand man of Obote about Obote's plans of coming back to over throw the M7 juntas from Power.

As someone who has worked extensively with government I knew what the NRA operatives who tortured me in my prison cell were doing and my sources in various political circles assured me that that the NRA had poisoned me with a deadly North Korean poison that kills after 6 months with illusive cancerous side effects.

I began to get ill in strange ways while in prison, Museveni ordered my release but said the state had no money to transport me a whole former vice president of Uganda abroad for advanced treatment.

When my friends and family tried to privately sponsor me to fly abroad for treatment, Museveni put a travel ban on me saying I was still a political prisoner.

The State through Mulago hospital fabricated a medical report saying I was dying of cancer fearing that medical treatment abroad was definitely to report poison in my body.

When M7 discovered that I am about to die he now sent money to fly me abroad for treatment.

Paulo Muwanga died at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala on April 1, 1991.

Muwanga said by the time Museveni's rule of Uganda ends, the country would have lost its possessions and national assets, the political class would be divided one against the other and Uganda would be in ruins.
