{UAH} Bakiga from Rubanda West for Kenyan DP Sir William Ruto (PHD)

Look, you never talk about development, economic transformation, creating opportunities for the young generation and you fail to mention focused minds like Hon. Kamuntu moses mwongera. Omushana Gwa Rubanda. 

Appearing in the photos underneath is the youthful honorable member of Parliament for Rubanda West smiling and rubbing shoulders with the Deputy president of The Republic of Kenya, His Excellency William Ruto after a very key meeting linking the two East African nations to the trade of iron ore among other matters of great Importance. 

Hon. Kamuntu also known as "ow'obutare" is a champion of iron ore trade and he seems to bridge the unemployment gap by creating more employment opportunities for the youths and also seeing a more reactive market for the lucrative business.
