Literally, BMK was performing duties of a Director (Managing Director) and he was not a share holder in any of the chain of businesses we thought was his.
This could be the reason why most Baganda billionaires never formally employee their relatives or siblings in their businesses. The best they can do for them is posting them as drivers, giving them space on the main gates or corridors to work from there (in cases of shopping malls) and delegate sweet jobs to people from western Uganda.
Those who were sub renting on Tom Kitandwe arcades before 2011 can testify on the above assertion. Rent was paid in cash at the office located at Diplomatic hotel on William street before KCCA opposite Hotel Equatorial parking side. The office was only occupied by staff from Western Uganda and they also did checks and balances with tenants. They had the powers to increase or decrease on rental fees. This is just one example.
This also explain why these fake Baganda land lords are ruthless, mannerless and stupid just because they are commission agents or brokers.
