UPGRADING WORKS.
Construction works on the new aeroplane hangar are nearly complete. The works are intended to upgrade the airfield into a regional airport. The scope of works will include the hangar, runway and passenger terminal.JINJA AIRPORT- KIMAKA
UPGRADING WORKS.
Construction works on the new aeroplane hangar are nearly complete. The works are intended to upgrade the airfield into a regional airport. The scope of works will include the hangar, runway and passenger terminal. But the road to kimaka is one of the worst in Uganda. So it will be a huge shame to have such a classic structure in kimaka but the road almost impassable both during dry and wet season. The authority should upgrade that road at least to murram road at least
Another thing, Arua airfield is supposed to be upgraded to International airport but the project was diverted to Bunyoro yet Arua is second to Entebbe as far as air traffic is concerned in Uganda.
