LAND IS THE BEST INVESTMENT RIGHT NOW IN UGANDA

15 years ago a plot of land 50x100  in Kisasi, Kyanja and Najjera was 10 million shillings... Some people with the same reasoning as yours thought that's a village.

Now the same plots in the same area are being sold at Ugx 150m to 200 million.

Right now a plot of land in Kakiri, Goobelo, Mukono,Lugazi' Mpigi, Busiika, Kasanje go for 10 million but 10 years from now the same plots will be at 100 million.

The bitter truth is your grandchildren will buy the same plot at Ugx 1 billion and will blame you for not planning during your days to secure their future.

Therefore, if anyone is selling land 25 kilometres from Kampala please buy and let the future be a platform to testify for a wise decision made.

10 years is a long time even, 8yrs ago we bought 4and a half acres of land in kiwenda (guludene) just 3kms off the tarmac for 20m each, last year an acre around us was going for 100m each, today 120m each! Maybe things will change in the future but for now buying anywhere you can afford is the best decision you can make for yourself and your children.

They claim it's far from the city centre as if they sleep on mapera house veranda......by the time you finally make up yo mind ,after realising that the places near town are damn expensive ,this place you call far will be expensive as well and you won't afford it so you will go to kotido
