{UAH} Strangers bury 18 bodies in newly acquired land as land seller dies

Folks;

This report, that 18 bodies were being buried at once in a newly acquired piece of land, should send shivers down the spine of Uganda's intelligence system. 

Who are the dead and how did they die? What's the relationship among them? The land seller has also died! 

But a land transactions involves several officials, from with LC1 to the Land Registry. So, the buyer of the land is, or will soon be, known.

There have been reports of missings citizens, ever since the last elections. Could they have been killed and bodies stored somewhere until these mass burials? The immediate step here is to exhume these bodies and establish the cause death and, if possible, their identities. The land buyer must explain why these bodies were buried in his land.
