{UAH} THANK YOU PAUL KAGAME!

It was a great effort by the Uganda Silverbacks at the Afri-Basketball tournament in Kigali (photo attached). We can do better! However it is sad to hear that President Paul Kagame had to intervene to financially bail out the Ugandan team in Kigali! For that I say "Thank you Mr. President!" As a nation, it is basic decency for the Government of Uganda to do the same!
