{UAH} Uganda: Why is the middle class shrinking despite its economic growth?

It is a flight capital based business, some of us have argued all along that Ugandans need to start to invest into the country its self. Put the equity into that land you have, "smart" Ugandans argue that the economy is better ran by Rwandans like Allan Barigye that have absolutely no interest into the country than abusing it, and pulling out as much as they can. Chinese like the one in Lukaya must be protected when that money is actually going to end up in Guangzhou. So you have these people with money in sacks when the town of Iganga is never built. Look at the cell companies in Uganda as an example,  what physical assets do they have in the country? It is all a brief case business that can be shut down in a week. If you had put the cables in the ground, if you would have installed the poles in the ground, if you had transmitted data in the country, that is a permanent investment even our children will use. Do you think a kid in Mucwiini will ever have a chance to log on a lap top due to the cell phone? Do you think a kid in Soroti will ever log on a laptop thanks to the cell phone? Then explain why 20% of children in firkin Byumba can log on.

 

Your enemy number one is Allan Barigye a Rwandan, go after him, and invest in capital investment.

 

And that is  the education a Mwiiri degree never entailed, The Mwiiri degree educated the students that Uganda does not matter, Ugandans do not matter, get the Tanzanians and murder as many Ugandans as you can, Iddi Amin that invests into the country is the buffoon, hand all businesses to Rwandans like Allan Barigye and let them ran away with it, the term capital investment is a swear word, you find planes that Amin purchased send them to Yugoslavia to never return, pick up the AC130 and lease it to Angola when Mama Miria is collecting, get all weapons Amin has purchased for Uganda and give them to Tanzania for free. Eliminate land lines in Uganda totally, it is a back ward technology, create massive mass graves in Acholi, in Luwero, in Ombacii, and all over the God damn place.

 

Now that education system found another talent in Uganda, sloppy brains a term I have used before in this forum, let us go back to Kigezi district. And I am talking about the entire Kigezi of the Obote one government. Today that includes the districts of Kabale district, Kanungu district, Kisoro district and Rukungiri district. All that land was Kigezi district in Obote one government. Do you know a strange thing about that entire land? It has never experienced a war. Every single war that walks in Uganda does not affect it. There are no gun shots, no running to jungles, and no road blocks, women are never raped, and all their children have never been taken to forced marriages. For some very unknown reason the entire Kigezi always remains protected from what happens in Uganda. When the Tanzanian war walked in it never went to Kigezi, it affected Masaka, Mbarara and curved its way North. When Acholi marauded Buganda and East, Kigezi was never their interest, When Museveni went after Moslems in Mbarara and Lake katwe the Moslems that ran to Kigezi are alive to today. So explain to me why Kigezi has been crippled by poverty as it is today. Why is Luwero developing at a faster speed than Kigezi? What stalls Kigezi from become a potentially lucrative district for investment? Why is Gulu at such a speed for there is a trade with South Sudan but not Kigezi with a trade with Rwanda?

 

Because Kigezi is packed with slopy brains, that eat shit and wait for the next sun raise. They have such a fertile land that they have no clue what to with it, and they do not even touch it. It is that very sloppiness that Rwandans like Allan Barigye target to become the new Bakiga born agains.
