Did you know that if this employer terminates your contract immediately, you won't be able to afford that house?
Therefore, create income streams that will bring in money so that you can be able to afford a certain lifestyle you are projecting to the world where unfortunately don't care.
These friends will only pay attention when the landlord has thrown out of the house.
This weekend the same house you are renting at Ugx 800k in another location is at ugx 400k as guys who shifted to Nansana.
A Two bedroom house self-contained in gate with Askari is at that price.
Which means you have saved Ugx 400k off your monthly expenditure but the beauty of this all, in these neighbourhood, you will start to see yourself buying a plot in that same areas of Wakiso, Namusera, Kakiiri, Nkowe which believe me someone renting an apartment in Najjera won't have since a decimal now is about 15 million each.
Acting rich for friends is total madness.
