With all due respect, since when did Police start giving BOND to murder suspects?
Has the law changed? Something is either wrong or there is a serious conspiracy underway.
Can lawyers explain this to me! Police Bond for murder suspects in Uganda? This is the first. Yes, there is always the first.
A precedent has been set that Police can give bond to murder suspects.
