WHY THE BASINGO CLAN IS ASSOCIATED WITH MISFORTUNE IN NKORE
Ever wondered why the dictum that Basingo clan are harbingers of misfortune? Well, because two ladies from that clan attacked and killed Ankore prince who had attempted to rape them. Since then, the king punished the whole clan and the ostracism (curse) would last until now.
The Basingo people are falsely accused of misfortune.
So now you know why they are associated to misfortune and the curse is still on upto now.
