A presumed cousin to Gen Museveni's wife, Gen Henry Tumukunde witnessed his son, Amanya Tumukunde being introduced by Gen Museveni's beautiful daughter, Dr Angela Kakishozi in a colourful lavish ceremony held over the weekend in Lyantonde, Western Uganda.
