{UAH} Makerere fresh grad "wants to be Museveni's side chic" in a powerful lamentation

Folks;
This young woman, in lamenting long school closure, detention of political opponents and a litany of social ills in the country, cutely offers herself to be Museveni's side chic, so she may whisper wisdom to him during tender moments that she fancies they would share.
Her poem reads closer to Indecent Proposal, the movie than Jonathan Swift's masterpiece, A Modest Proposal.I hope that authorities will see her wit and dismiss it as satire, rather than an intent to embarass the president.
