{UAH} paying Teachers different salary Scales is an Immoral Move
*COPIED*
Strange things happen in this World, Uganda is a strange Country!
You put S.6 certificate as qualification for MPs who formulate national policies and push for University degree for Primary/Nursery teachers!
Even the CEO, President of this country the number one office on this land needs S.6 certificate.
An MP who holds S.6 certificate is paid about 60M and a primary teacher with a university degree earns 500K monthly.
*Meaning qualification of President, MP, LC V, and lower local government leaders should be revised*.
Good day.

--Good afternoon Uganda ✋Fellow Country men and women, Affirmative Action in as far as paying Teachers different salary Scales is an Immoral Move.As people of this generation, we should shun be affirmative action in the teaching profession 😱.Affirmative action was a management method that was used to correct the traditional mistakes of marginalization of the minority, ethnicity and gender among the workforce of the same company /organization/ enterprise. It was adopted in the world of employment so that many people who felt marginalized be brought on board because ignoring such human resource was leading to trends of income inequalities in the economy something which was causing Civil crisis due to violence.Later, managers of the the 21 century realized that the Affirmative Action was an archaic form of management. It was bent towards leaders managing people ' they way they wanted people to treat them'. This therefore inappropriate. However, due to individual differences, people would not perhaps want to be treated like others. People need to be treated according to their aspirations and needs.Accordingly, diversity form of management was adopted. In this management, we treat people they way they want to be treated. Therefore, the government should treat teachers of humanities the way they wanted be treated. Why defend the the science teachers alone.😱Let a teacher be respected in their different capabilities and talents. Causing a rift among teachers is an immoral form of approach in its own picture of managing entities whether such entities are social, political or economic. In my honest opinion, there is no need to support ideas which cause a professional rift among people of the same profession. This people went to same school, took the same profession with differences in subjects all of which are on the curriculum both old and new. These people sit in same staffrooms, prepare for teaching through research, take children to same schools and shop in same markets. The cost that Uganda is heading to will live to be told in our education system. After all, science teachers are already earning a higher salary. In reality, Ugandan technocrats in economic planning have stooped slow in as far as designing salary scales with a very high range of descripancies. This has made Uganda a laughing stock by the neighbors and other international players in as far as taking the economy to another level of development. How will the government and ministers of education command respect from the disgruntled teachers /educators of humanity. As a result, morals, nationalism and Patriotism will continue to decline.Fellow Ugandans as Patriots, we need to shun the vice of salary descripancies among the teachers. 'The nation is because teachers are'.I do not want to write much, our leaders and planners know the truth of this matter including our minister of education and sports; Mama Janet Kataha Museveni.Princess ElizabethAfrican Patriot.
