Few days ago when I wrote about the people that knew about Museveni using Uganda House for the war, I stated that Mama Miria knew about it, in that writing I never stated that president Obote himself knew about it. So why would I narrow the knowledge to Maama Miria but not Obote himself? When you are in circles of presidents, they must always be protected from themselves, president actually know so little about anything operational in the country, and even if you have such a torching issue in Uganda, you never walk to the president and tell it to him, for it is your job to protect him. Many UPC circles in Kampala knew about the problem of Uganda house in that war, Obote was protected from that information.

 

Why would all the people I listed know than Obote? Yet Obote was a very good listener, and if you had anything about the state to inform him, he whisked you up himself to a quite corner. Why didn't he know? He was protected. That is why I always laugh at those targeting the International court, Museveni knows very very few things, and if he says I did not know about that, he is actually telling the truth.

 

And it becomes very tough on hands on presidents, when Amin came to power he wanted to be at all crime scenes before police shows up. We are running the country let us go and see what is in Nakulabye. Who has shot the people? He had access to the police radios, so he knew exactly what car was where, and he wanted to always beat off police patrol, they show up when he has the suspect. Well that is good to a certain point, but it fails protocol, Amin had to be tampered down that about 2 years later, an officer was appointed to stay with police radio, just inform him what is important, and what is important is decided by Alli Towilli. Donald J Trump was tough to tame yet with time he was tamed. Stay in the White House let people in the field go out there. Remember Trump worked so hard with Juliann to cleanup New York, that Democrats had handed to the God damn Dogs. He was  a streets man that ended the mafia hold on New York.

 

And one of the hallmarks of being allowed close to the president is how tight is your mouth. Imagine if Iddi Amin knew that the ministers with Luwum were going to be killed that night, how would have he reacted? Now imagine that Obote was informed that Uganda House has a company working for Museveni. Some times that held information can even lead to loss of lives, but a fall of a government, thinkers believe that if that office was attacked and stopped it would have seen the war set back about a year. And yet Obote was protected from that information. You never want to be the one that opened that pandora, a very reason every new information to the president must be cleared by some body. What topic can I talk to him about and how deep. I used to visit Paul Muwanga, I Knew his family, one of his daughter was working in my department, but I knew what to say and what never to say. The moment you walk into that home your priority is to protect him than becoming a Nawulidde to the president or the Vice.

 

Donald J Trump knew very little about the problem they had with FBI, if you put a cross bar into his chest today Trump was protected from that information. The firing of these Coons was done not by the white House but by the DOJ professionals, and what these fools have done today, is to reverse what was decided by the professionals, just to go after Trump. Now the fraudulent needs to explain how the firing of McCabe was wrong but the firing of James Comey was right, when both were fired by the very same standards and same agency.

 

You cannot harm Trump without humming the entire firkin America.

 

There is no man that Trump wanted to allow to come home than Julianne Assange, yet he would not by pass the professional that believed that he broke the law. Now you go in FBI and chose who to bring back, for he supported the party, and screw James Comey for he screwed up the party election.

 

One hopes that the fraudulent is protected air tight, for this is out of professionalism and playing firkin Delaware style.

Andrew McCabe, fired by Trump, gets pension back

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who had been fired hours before his retirement as then-President Donald Trump's political furor toward him grew, has settled a lawsuit with the Justice Department, allowing him to officially retire and to recoup hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and his pension.

McCabe, now a CNN law enforcement analyst, was one of the central leaders of the early Russia investigation that pursued Trump's advisers and questions of whether the then-President had obstructed justice. In March 2018, two days shy of McCabe's scheduled retirement date, when he would have become eligible to receive early retirement benefits, then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired him from the FBI.

In 2019, McCabe sued the department, alleging his dismissal had been politically motivated. The settlement this week, he told CNN, signals that "this should never have happened."

The New York Times was first to report on the settlement.

The agreement with the Justice Department, made public Thursday afternoon, includes major concessions for McCabe, such as Sessions' recommendation to fire him for lack of candor being wiped away, according to settlement documents released by Arnold & Porter, the law firm representing McCabe.

His firing, under the agreement, has essentially been rescinded, with the FBI's records being amended to show that he never had a blip of unemployment and that he retired in March 2018, the documents say. FBI personnel files also will remove record of McCabe having been fired.

That allows him to receive compensation since 2018, which he told CNN he believes is more than $200,000. His lawyers will also be compensated for their work on his wrongful termination lawsuit, which amounts to nearly $540,000, according to the settlement records.

"I didn't file this ... suit to get rich off the Department of Justice," he said. "We've been through a really terrible experience over the last couple of years."

He will also have his FBI badge mounted -- a perk for senior bureau executives when they retire -- and get his senior executive service cufflinks, the settlement says.

McCabe and the Justice Department, as part of the settlement, agreed to say that "Executive Branch officials outside the Department of Justice and its components should not comment publicly on ongoing career civil service employee disciplinary matters ... so as not to create any appearance of improper political influence."

The Justice Department still denies that Trump administration officials violated any laws or the Constitution when Sessions fired McCabe.

During the Trump administration, the Justice Department had investigated McCabe for criminal wrongdoing -- coming close to an indictment -- then declined to prosecute him. He was never charged.

The DC US attorney in 2019 had been scrutinizing alleged false statements McCabe had made to investigators regarding his involvement in a newspaper report about an investigation into the Clinton Foundation published days before the 2016 presidential election.

Throughout, McCabe maintained that Trump's administration had been hounding him for political reasons and that he had never intentionally misled anyone.
