In his book, major Kakoza Mutale took responsibilities as well as others including Jim Muhwezi, JPAM, Otafiire, Kashiling and many more on behalf of Museveni.
Our squord was nicknamed the BLACK BOMBER. We used to target crowded places, like bars, schools etc. We knew that these soft targets were volunarable since they lacked security.
Our mission was to force the general public leave Kampala by 03PM and cause chaos for the government.
Although in his book, Mutale did not specifically mention any targets, but bombs used to kill people mainly in Kampala. A hand grenade was tossed in a crowded bar, killing scores of people including Makerere students who used to frequent Wandegeya bars.
