Fake-teen killer is the new poster boy for Biden’s idiotic immigration policies

President Joe Biden’s disastrous border policies now have a new face: Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, a 24-year-old Honduran immigrant who posed as an unaccompanied minor to enter the country and now stands charged in the stabbing death of a Florida man who took him in.

Ulloa was busted Oct. 7 in Jacksonville, Fla., where he was found covered in blood after allegedly killing Francisco Javier Cuellar, a 46-year-old father of four who’d taken in the immigrant, who claimed to be 17.

Police didn’t discover the truth until Oct. 13 — after he’d been sitting in a juvenile detention facility for almost a week.

Border officials in Texas, where Ulloa entered months ago, bought his claim to be a teen named Reynel Alexander Hernandez, a fraud he admitted to his mother.

“When he entered [the US] he told me, ‘Mommy, I didn’t go in with my name,’” mom Wendy Florencia Ulloa told Univision. “ ‘I went in with the name of another person because right there at the shelter they helped me.’ ”

Biden’s no-enforcement policies made the trick easy enough. Border agents are hamstrung by new rules and overburdened with record illegal crossings. There is no checking, no vetting — just let them all in.

It’s unclear if Ulloa was one of the migrants flown from the border by the administration’s secret flights uncovered by The Post last month. Either way, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has it right: “If not for the Biden Administration’s unlawful ‘catch and release’ policy, Mr. Cuellar would still be alive today. How many more lives will be lost before the Biden administration decides to uphold the law?”
