{UAH} HOW ORGANIZED ARE MUSEVENI’S BACWEZI WEALTH CREATORS?

       "The wealth creators for the first time are organized.  In the past they were just victims, victims, victims.  This time we are organized."

They dominate strategic state institutions like  departments, agencies, juicy parastatals,  top command positions in the security infrastructure, URA, etc.  They access  these positions and promotions through backdoors. Their.fornal education is facilitated by the State House scholarship.  They have used these privileged positions to accumulate ill-gotten wealth through which they are venturing into economic domination.  In the same regard they are expanding their territory through state backed land grabbing.  The regime facilitates their land grabbing through a policy of deliberate impoverishment of the victims.  The regime's unholy alliance with Buganda or the central region was a tactical move to allow the Bacwezi to gain access to Buganda's land.  Now the focus has shifted to the newly found alliance with the northern region which is currently being politically duped.  Already, land grabbing by the same wealth creators is causing uneasiness in that region.

Their domination of strategic state position helps to offer protection and promotion of their short and long term interests.  Through their 'Gamba Noogu (talk to this one)' scheme, they are able to act with impunity in as far as accountability for their commissions and omissions.  For them, an attack on any of them is an attack on all of them.  During the Nsenga Uwera trial, even the Director of CID had to appear as a Defence witness instead of being a state witness.  When Prof. Muganga of Victoria University came under mistaken attack recently, the Wealth Creators petitioned Museveni and Muganga regained his freedom immediately after.  In the same regard, gullible Ugandans are wondering how another such Wealth Creator, Susan Kushaba has come to own Owino Market while enjoying SFC bodyguards.  Their own media houses like NBS Television,.Salt Television and others are not bound by the principle of sub-judice in pushing for the conviction of a one Mathew Kirabo who is accused of murdering a Wealth Creator, Desire Mirembe.  The same case is being systematically used to propagate Museveni's push for powers of detention without trial popularly known as 'bail'.

Therefore, the level of organisation of Museveni's Wealth Creators is so sophisticated that nothing can disrupt their strategic agenda.
