{UAH} Kenya - Uganda: Tit for Tat

JUST IN: Six Ugandans, including a UPDF Major, and top Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industries and Fisheries officials have been arrested by Kenya security. They were arrested at the Busia Kenya border in the office of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) manager as they planned to move to inspect the Kenya fish market.
