{UAH} LEGAL RIDDLE
LEGAL RIDDLE:
WHO IS TO BLAME AND WHY?
Bwete arrived home drunk and as usual started terrorising his wife and children. This time round though, he saw a panga and grabbed it intending to use it on his wife. His visiting brother was alarmed by the cries for help and immediately sprang into action to save his sister in law's life. However, Betwe turned on him and swung the panga. Fortunately for the brother, it was the blunt side which bounced off his hand which he had lifted to defend himself.
Unfortunately for Bwete, the panga bounced back and cut him in the forehead and Bwete died instantly. Who is to blame for this unfortunate series of events? Should the police arrest anyone?
