Comments: US Marshall's will move all 400 pre-trial detainees OUT of the Washington DC jail after a surprise inspection  found theycwrre being held in unacceptable, unusual bad conditions after refusal to allow and outside visits from members of Congress and the judiciary. They will be moved to the federal penitentiary  in Pennsyvania where hearings will be expedited. ... see more
