{UAH} Let's go back to talking about Torture in Uganda

NUP has been of a deservice to the opposition. NRM literally used them to bury the bad headlines yesterday, in the name of celebrating Bobi's birthday. The whole country was talking about torture in Uganda, and all over a sudden, social media switched to birthday messages nonsense.

At first, I thought Museveni might arrest Gen.Otafiire, or somebody big, to bury the Kakwenza Rukirabashaija headlines, kumbe he had a secret weapon in " opposition ". I don't who is Museveni's strategist but he deserves a pat on the back, man!
