If you watched the series of Star Trek The Next Generation, there is nothing they protect like “The prime Directive”  What is a prime  directive? As you go through the different sectors of the Galaxy, you are bound to find new people with new cultures but developments. You must respect them. So if you find a galaxy whose population still die of Measles you allow them to continue dying, you never extend medication for them for you have the cure, those very same people have to develop grow them selves and reach the time to end Measles as you did. By you walking in and you stop the Measles pandemic you are actually interfering with history. The prime directive. Living in this country this long, and staying in these forums this long, I have learnt that Uganda as a country must be allowed to democratically grow on its own. If we can ever plant Democracy honestly Afghanistan would have been the most democratic country today, Good lord we have pumped in money, we have pumped in soldiers, we have pumped in lives, and yet through out that entire occupation, the leader of the Taliban’s has had a better poll that any Western leader.  Who the hell are you to deny him the leadership of his people?

 

Again the prime directive.

 

Last night I raised an issue to Peter Simon Okurut of how the UPC one government ran our country from independence through 1971, Forget most of what I posted, but remember that in all games that Obote played in Uganda politics, he survived for Ugandans at a time never had political principles. So you gave them independence that they never knew what the fuck to do with it. Mengo did not have a clue what to do with independence, nor did Obote and the entire UPC party. They all had no clue. Mengo  Obote and UPC all looked at politics as a vehicle to eat from, Obote one government never invested into the country nor did Mengo. Again what I said before, Baganda as from Luwero moved very quickly to join UPC and grab any investment they would. That is how Luwero was built. But look at Mengo MPs, why did they end up crossing to UPC? Because their politics was never built on principles but to eat. DP MPs crossed too. Oh there is another very interesting one, Bunyoro MPs crossed as well. Now what policy did UPC have that pulled them in? It was only power and money to eat. To this very day there is not a single UPC policy you can sell me that forced Mengo MPs to cross the floor.

 

That very dirty politics based on personal pockets left Uganda only between 1971-9.

 

When UNLF came to power, leadership was only a bunch of killers and yes some thieves petty too, do you know anyone that cared about Uganda? Nope . The Andrew Kayiira’s belonged to jail, the Paul Muwanga’s had a hidden agenda of if it is possible and we take Obote out, there are the Yusuf Lule’s that would walk to a toilet and not even know how to reach the firkin toilet paper in that government. All stayed in to use another and may be I will eat. Do you know if Gook had dinners with Museveni while in Tanzania? Do you think Peter Simon Okurut found it so hard to dine with Museveni on the same table? Did they lie together for a while? I do not know and you do not know but do you think it is far-fetched? Just how deep did the “We are removing Amin from power” Unite these friends in Tanzania? Did the umbilical code get cut? Nope for when Tumwiine passes away Peter Simon Okurut walks back to the mother board, and calls him the best Governor bank of Uganda ever got.  Did he get a phone call from Museveni to write that? I do not know for I do not even know where their relationship ended if it ever ended.  That personal pocket care builds so many relationships in our country and if you follow it you will understand how Abbey Semuwemba has supported only one man in his entire life, Dr Kiiza Besigye.

 

Never ever delude yourself that there is a difference between NRM and UPC party for when you look closely the people that are running the Movement are the very core of UPC, it is Rurangaranga, it is Otafiire, it is the Ruhakana Rugunda, it is the Muntonyera, if that is not a UPC hard core tell what it is. When Rurangaranga dies Okello Lucima is the first to praise the man, Akena was the second on the list with Olara Otunu firkin third. When you turn around you find that Rurangaranga  a party chairman was in Kikosi Malumu. Was he a soldier? Heck no. In my entire life I know of only four people that the Movement gave jobs and they rejected them, myself as a numero Uno, a friend I live with here in this city, OJ and another friend in Canberra they wanted to head Uganda Air Lines. Every Ugandan I know out there has taken an appointment handed in, some have ended up torched, some have ended up dead but to go they go. And why do they go? Because Uganda politics is never build on principles but what comes to my pocket, the pockets of my relatives. Gwokto never told us that Paul Locketch was his brother, wasn’t that information important to be  released in UAH as some of us were going after him after the raping Somali women accusation? Wasn’t that information important to be released as the UN was going after him to sell weapons to bandits Uganda government was fighting?   -> And I am just asking !!!!!!

 

It was important to people with moral values, but Ugandans don’t have morals, Peter Simon Okurut will never stand up to publicly declare why he was forced to praise Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile as the best Governor Bank of Uganda, Gwokto will never stand up to publicly declare why he kept quite when his own brother was selling our weapons to bandits in Somalia, Abbey Semuwemba will never look in your eye to explain why the only man he knows in his entire life,  that can lead our country is Dr Kiiza Besigye. When politics looses moral value you find yourself preaching for political scumbags like Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile, and a scumbag so he was. now is that how Rurangaranga and Museveni managed to fit in the 1979 war? That loss of moral value to Ugandans has eaten our political structure right from the 60’s, it died during Iddi Amin, but very immediately resurrected after Amin left office to this very day. And if you think Peter Simon Okurut joined with  Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile due to high morals then you are more naïve than the man. As  they continue to cruise forward, all these friends you see here are going to support the next snake that will walk into the State House. And trust me Abbey Semuwemba is just about to throw out Dr Kiiza Besigye for at this point Besigye is a looser. It is that loss of moral value in our society as Ugandans, that has made our country, our selves and our dead children, venerable to Rwanda firkin punks like Allan Barigye. They found a hole in us and very rightly targeted it.

 

Now how can we solve this problem? By not copying Western parliamentary system, we are just too savages for it,  thus we protect the prime directive, by getting a good Sergeant in command post,  without parliament, and he leads our firkin country, trust me we will do better than holding on Rwandans like Allan Barigye to run our country.   -> God forbid  !!!!!!!
