{UAH} Deputy Speaker Anita Among Narrates Jacob Oulanyah's Last Words, What He Told Her Before Death
Just before his death, the Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah is said to have had a long chat with his deputy, Anita Among in the presence of his friends after he had recovered a bit from Mulago Hospital.
According to Among, she asked Oulanyah what he missed most, to which the lawmaker said, putting on his bow tie, suits and going through Rules of Procedure.
"I told him, when you come back, I will make you the Chairperson of Rules. We laughed it off," Among told mourners at a vigil in Muyenga last night.
