{UAH} Kyagulanyi group don't represent Buganda

I have just watched a video of the Chief Justice( CJ) complaining about Buganda national leaders keeping quiet over its bad opinion leaders.

I don't understand this; please someone help me understand. Who are the opinion leaders who have taken up Buganda? If the Chief Justice meant the likes of Kyagulanyi, Koja Omugezi, Lumbuye Fred, etc, then he isn't serious.  Those people don't represent Buganda because Buganda has its own leaders, and they don't speak carelessly.

The other Kyagulanyi  group, if he's the one he's complaining about, that's a political problem and some of us are carefully dealing with it.

Thank you!
