When you sit on the longest river in Afrika, generate and export electricity including to Rwanda (who rarely load -shed) and by the way with cheaper tariffs. If you promised 42 years ago that you would generate energy from cow dung within 5 years and you have been in power- unelected and uninterrupted for 36 years- yet most of Kampala goes silent overnight simply because it rained, then you know you have failed and worse, you have no clue about the future. Any young person who pins their hope on you needs as much help as victims of the senseless war in Congo that even without Ukraine, many (even Africans ) thought it was too un-posh to report abs discuss . This country deserves better..Wake up Ugandans....Ochieno
