{UAH} Baltimore Police Fire Newly Hired Administrator Because He Is A 'Person Of Interest' In A Homicide

Baltimore is a city of wonders. Everything is upside-down. I have had a chance to work on a project with a private company to straighten their 200 MGD wastewater plant, I really wondered if its a black thing ???? 

Some employees show up still drunk then simply sit in their cars and sleep, a manager has no clue where she is, amazing. Its little wonder that MDE took over operations.
