{UAH} REGIME / POLICE (CID) VERY WRONG ON OULANYAH FILE
The Great Mzee Nathan Okori, father of the late Hon Mr Oulanyah, is seen delivering his very historic speech on the occasion of his son's funeral in Omoro District in Acholi.
He pronounced, in the course of this speech, a very heroic statement which now excites political change all over the country and brings the regime on its knees....
" I want to say it clearly my son Oulanyah was poisoned"
Police, apparently acting on instructions from above, is summoning the Great Mzee to Kibuli CID Hqrs to give an explanation.... Imagine forcing a person to travel from Omoro to Kampala for a CID interrogation! Of course there are other hidden plans behind it! The old Mzee should be left free and at large to mourn his beloved son whose body he was even denied a chance to look at. It's unfair and very illogical to disturb his peace when he didn't even mention the name of the murderer! So he's summoned to Kampala to do what? Let the police proceed with the law and look into the question basing also on the article onMuseveni, as quoted in The Observer edition of August 4-10, 2021:
" Museveni probes Oulanyah poisoning "
How did the probe go on and what did they find? Or is it still going on?
Ugandans are not easy to take for a ride when they know the signs of the times and all their implications. Ugandans are a million times more intelligent than the leaders! They aren't fools to play with!
The Police is at the same time asking H.E. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu to report for the same purpose! Kyagulanyi must be respected as the elected leader of the country. It's for the administration to produce the very correct postmortem report and also to state the real reason why, contrary to the usual protocol which falls within the norms of African tradition, the casket containing the remains wasn't opened for public viewing.
In another statement Museveni said, and I quote him:
" The police is coming for everyone who said that Oulanyah was killed. We cannot
go on with indiscipline"
So Museveni is the law itself that he's there to issue instructions to threaten the public and divert them from their serious thinking? What kind of indiscipline is he talking about when his police can't stand up firmly for the population in the wake of these bijambiya ( machettes ) by the very notorious panga-wielding groups whose intention is to terrorise the people of Buganda in order to very stupidly and senselessly subdue them to a certain type of colonialism which sees their land taken away at gunpoint and their standard of living regularly ebbing away to the extent of making very many of them beggars in their land! Another kind of state indiscipline is soon landing in when the poor humble population is going to be subjected to arbitrary coffee pricing that risks to fall below official market levels, simply for the benefit of a handful of very greedy individuals who take the country and its humble people for their property! This is going to be fought very courageously by determined Ugandans. Mbu they can't go on with indiscipline when the security forces are killing, burning, destroying, and looting in Karamoja leaving the innocent people in deep abject poverty and misery! Mbu they can't also go on with indiscipline when thousands of innocent youths together with two great MPs are rotting in prisons and torture chambers where they are subjected to inhumane gruesome ill-treatment. Many have even died there!! All that is government discipline whereby the innocent are incarcerated before ever benefitting from a legal hearing. And the two MPs have never been asked to make a police statement!! It's the regime itself which is the source of indiscipline. They dispossess Ugandans of almost everything to the benefit of their greed!
Such circumstances can't call for a correct police inquiry and well-balanced report! In any case the police has never published any report on the findings on the very many arson attacks and murders, etc.. The police can't be credible on Oulanyah when its operations are simply subjected to orders from above. It's an institution which is very strongly cowered behind the walls of typical cowardice from where it becomes the true reflection of the actual unsortable state mess.
It's indeed pointless for Oulanyah's dad, Kyagulanyi, etc.. to report for any police interrogation. The masses should stand firmly against such a move! It's an insult to the humble people of Uganda!! Instead the police should take courage to probe into this question of poison which appears to be rampant talk in many places.
