President Museveni of Uganda has landed at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport where He was received by Cabinet Secretary For Foreign Affairs Rachelle omamo. it's anticipated that He'll be witnessing the signing of agreement of treaty of acceptance by Democratic Republic of Congo after they joined east African Community.

This event will Take place at state House where President Kenyatta who is the chairman of The Block will Lead the exercise as they usher in new Friends and partners in building a strong Allies to ease business and movement among member states.

Surprisingly, deputy president William Ruto Was conspicuously missing as protocols expect him to Receive top envoys and heads of state on behalf of his Boss. However, This may be due to fact That He fell out with uhuru and therefore some of his duties were transferred to his juniors especially interior CS Fred Matiangi who is seen as de facto Principal Assistant of Uhuru.
