HAM KIGGUNDU'S CHARACTER ASSASSINATION CAMPAIGN.
Slo Mr. Ham Kiggundu, after finding himself between a hard place and a rock, has decided to engage in a mass smear campaign against the Kingdom, Buganda Land Board, and honest individuals who work for the kabaka.
Mr. Ham, the issue on the Kigo land, is to do with how you got the purported land, because wakiso district, from where you claim to have got the freehold tittle, denied the documents you are mascarading with. They say, you forged the minutes, signatures and other documents.
Wakiso district land commission clearly knows that the said land, is a mailo land currently, and therefore can't give a freehold over the same. Address that. Don't engage into attackingvand smearing the names of BLB lawyers, directors, surveyors, and so on.
Mr. Ham, you know very well, that the legal entanglements you are embroiled in are around your neck.
The land onto which you built Ham towers infront of the makerere main gate, is Buganda kingdom land. Many efforts have been put in place to sit with you, from 2016, to resolve the impasse, you've refused to yield. You just rushed to D.T.B bank, got a loan, and gave the kabaka's land as collateral for your loan, which loan you refused to pay and now you are in legal battles.
The Ham shopping mall at Nakivubo, is also another case of your selfishness, barbaric behaviour, and inhumane heart. Poor people, who were earning a living from selling second hand clothes from the parkyard market, earning a little to make thembeurvive, moreover on simple loans as their capital, found themselves making losses three times, when unknown people burnt their market, eith the merchandise.
How can you explain that immediately after the last fire, you got into possession of the above land! You can shamelessly attack the kabaka through BLB for utilizing his land, yet you shamelessly burnt down poor people's source of livelihood in Parkyard market to pave way for your Harm Shopping Mall! Cammon.
Now, if you can try to steal Kabaka's land, Kabaka who has some good legal backing and finances, what about poor people out there! It means there are many more poor people's properties you've taken and got away with it.
