{UAH} the once eastern giant Busoga College Mwiri
by Peter Sabiiti
This old house sitting in the midst of other old buildings of the once eastern giant Busoga College Mwiri looks to have been the symbol of the school.
Well, I'm just thinking aloud: letting some of these traditional giant schools to collapse, couldn't it be this evil NRM regime's plan to create room for the flourishing of their private schools?
How does a school sitting on public land, with enough buildings and teachers on government payroll go to the dogs if it's not deliberate? In my Kigezi region, dead and buried were Kigezi College Butobere, Makobore and Mutolere.

Allaah gives the best to those who leave the choice to Him."And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things." (6:17)
