Not only African capital cities but African leaders and rivers and mountains used in naming its streets.

Notable among them are:

Haile Selassie street, Asokoro Abuja ( named after late Emperor of Ethiopia ).

Kwame Nkrumah crescent , Asokoro Abuja ( named after promiment Pan-African leader and Founding Président of Ghana )

Julius Nyerere crescent,Asokoro, Abuja ( Name after Late Founding Président of United Republic of Tanzania )

Patrice Lumumba Street , Abuja ( named after the slaughtered Pan-African leader and Founding Président of D.R ,Congo ).

Kilimanjaro , Abuja ( Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania )

Zambezi River crescent, Abuja ( Zambezi is in Zambia )

Bujumbura street , Wuse 2 ( named after capital of Burundi ).

Accra street , Wuse 5 ( named after capital of f Ghana ).

Addis Ababa, crescent , Wuse (named after capital of Ethiopia ).
