Raila today filed a 72-page petition. I'd tried to upload it here, but Google said it's too large a document.

But here are the highlights:

Raila lists 27 constituencies whose election results were not included in the final announcement. These constituencies include Raila-favored and vote-rich constituencies of  Nyakach, Rangwe and Ndhiwa in main Luoland, Suba North and Kuria East in South Nyanza, and Bomachoge, Borabu, Kitutu Chache North and West Mugirango in the Kisii region.

Raila outright accuses the IEBC chairman, Chebukati, of treason, saying he overthrew the will of the people by awarding the presidency to Ruto. Strong indictment, for sure, what other name is there for one who attempts or illegally changes the government?
