{UAH} "It's Not Over": Martha Karua Insists after William Ruto Declared President-Elect

According to results announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati, Ruto scooped 7,176,141 votes representing 50.49% of the tallied votes to be declared the president-elect.
