IS THERE ANYBODY IN RUSSIA TO CONFIRM THIS?

"What I can tell from Inside Russia, the war is seen only on TV, there's no indication of it in everyday life, no restrictions of any sorts (other than outlawing public criticism of actions of the russian army), economy wasn't set for emergency military production, no curfews, forced conscription, or martial law. While for Ukraine it's a battle for their very survival. So talks about Russia being exhausted or depleted I think quite premature for now (I'm on neither side of this conflict if someone would ask, whoever win this war will win, I'm not taking any active part in it, and don't want to)"
