{UAH} All our Problems can be traced to Obote

All our Problems can be traced to Obote.it is OBOTE APOLLO MILTON.

1. He invaded the legal regime with the army instead of doing it politically and since he was Prime Minister, he had the means and the time.

2- He abrogated the independence constitution. This caused alot of insecurity for him and the state in general.

3- For most of his rule,the most productive areas then were put under a state of emergency

4- The concomitant effects of this include Idi Amin, the economic war, the death of citizens, and revolutionary upheavals, Tanzanian war and here we are. This is the best we can get in the circumstances.
