{UAH} WHO IS THE FATHER OF OUR NATION?

George Washington is considered the father of USA as a nation, and he's responsible for many aspects of their presidency still in place today. He lead the US army to victory throughout the revolutionary war with the help of the French. He was widely respected not only by his own men but by the French as well. He was US first president, he ran two times both unopposed. He was a reluctant leader careful not to exceed his power and set the precedent of leaving office not only peacefully but after two terms. He could have stayed in power for as long as he wanted but gave it up willingly, that says a lot about his character.

In Uganda, on the other hand, there has always been an argument between Museveni and Obote on who to consider as the father of our nation.

Honestly,  I don't know; not because I have only physically known one Uganda president all my life,  but because Obote made a lot of mistakes in both his terms. Would  Amin be considered,  instead of the two?
