{UAH} VIDEO :"BLOOD" ON KABAKA MUTEESA'S STATUE!

Someone vandalized the statue of Kabaka Muteesa, Uganda's first president, with a blood-like product. I had to stop and come and capture this on video. Something must be wrong with whoever did this, but Kampala City Council should not leave it as it is. It is surely an eye sore... especially for tourists.
