{UAH} "DEBT TRAP" DISINFORMATION!

Uganda's 2023/2024 budget will be a record 51 Trillion UShs (see video attached). Only half of that can be collected locally. Now if we get a Chinese loan to fill the gap, everyone shouts "debt trap". But if instead the loan is from the World Bank, nobody says the same.

How?

It's called Western disinformation.
