*Hon David Kabanda:* I wish to inform everyone that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba will retire from the UPDF this year 2023 and so, we are to embark on efforts that will lead him to become the President of Uganda in 2026.

Old, poor, uneducated, grumpy and with rotten idiotic village behaviours  like Irundurua need not be allowed in civilized world.
